Warner Bros. and Universal Orlando have officially
announced that an expansion to the still-wildly-popular
Wizarding World of Harry Potter attraction.
The new addition, currently under the title of
The Wizarding World of Harry Potter- Diagon Alley,
is in fact, exactly what its name represents,
A whole new area, of roughly equal size of the original
Wizarding World portion, with all new shops,
a restaurant and an innovative, marquee attraction
based on the wizarding bank in Diagon Alley, Gringotts.
More details have been said to be revealed over time.
Universal has confirmed that they plan to open "Diagon Alley" in time for Summer 2014.
