New trailer for seventh Harry Potter film in post-preduction!

Thanks to information provided by the BBFC
(British Board of Film Classification),
HP fans can now look forward to a new
teaser trailer, focused on the first part
of the two films based on the final
"Harry Potter" book, written by author
J.K. Rowling.

According to BBFC's report on the new trailer, it is estimated to be 2 minutes and 6 seconds
in length, slightly shorter then the first trailer, which held clips from both films.
The first trailer was estimated to be 2 minutes and 21 seconds long, a decent length.
A release date has not be issued yet, but it is our guess that it will be released
sometime in September, about two months prior to the release of the seventh film
(part 1 of the 2) in November.

Harry Potter co-star Rupert Grint celebrates birthday!

Just yesterday, Harry Potter co-star Rupert Grint celebrated his
22nd birthday. He is known by Harry Potter fans for his role as
Harry's close friend, Ronald Weasley.

With the Harry Potter film series ending in July 2011,
fans have been wondering what the three main stars
hope to accomplish after the HP films end.

To this, Grint replied:
"It's quite scary now Harry Potter has finished and we're out in the real world."

Although his film career looks promising, considering the eight nominations,
including the People's Choice Award, Grint has stated that it is his intent to take
a short rest before returning returning to act in other future films.

Harry Potter 7 video game not to be released for PS2 and PSP

It has been announced by Electronic Arts that
the final two Harry Potter video games will not
be released for the PlayStation 2 and PSP,
(PlayStation Portable). EA did send out a
reason for this on their Facebook page:

"With every game we make, we push the current available console to its limits.
For Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix™, we introduced a seamless
Hogwarts™ experience for the PS2. For Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince™,
we pushed the graphical quality of the Wii to its limits and made a fantastically authentic looking game.

This time, as we have already announced, our focus was to optimise Harry Potter™ for the High Definition consoles: the Xbox 360 and the PS3. Our brand new game engine is very powerful, but in turn requires more power than the PS2 or the PSP can deliver – and we really want to make massive movie magic come to life in the game."

Electronic Arts denies rumors of upcoming HP M.M.O.R.P.G

According to Electronic Art's offical Facebook
account, an announcement was made to put a
stop to the endless questions and comments
posted by Harry Potter fans about a possible
    Harry Potter M.M.O.R.P.G.
    (Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game.)

    This was the official reply:

"We have no plans for one at the moment, as we remain solely focused on making the
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows™  videogames the best action adventure games for you."

Although they did not say they would not make such a game in the near future,
it would not, in any case, be released anytime soon.
