Harry Potter stars Dan Radcliffe and Emma Watson talk HP7!

In an interview with scholastic.com, Harry Potter stars
Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson had a lengthy
discussion of the final two films, with Sonja C;
a staff of scholastic's online website.

we picked out the most interesting question,
which is slightly edited from its original format:

Q: Describe Harry's emotional journey in this film,

Daniel: Dumbledore leaves Harry this mission
and almost no information apart from three rather
cryptic bequests in his will to Harry, Ron, and Hermione,
none of which make no sense at the time, but gradually
as the films carry on, make more and more sense.

EXCLUSIVE! Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 rating details announced!

As we announced earlier this week,
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1
has been given a PG-13 rating, and today,
we can tell you why.

According to filmratings.com, which is a website owned by the CARA,
(Classification and Rating Administration), which is a branch of the MPAA,
(Motion Picture Association of America),Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part One
will be rated PG-13 for "sequences of intense action violence and frightening images".

It has been known that the seventh Harry Potter film has caused much dispute within
the MPAA, for they and Warner Bros could not seem to agree on a rating.

But now, only 33 days away from the film's release, we are happy to announce that
the film WILL be rated PG-13, and as such, we do not recommend it as a film for
young children.

Wizarding World of Harry Potter,
located in Universal Orlando,
it was announced by Universal
yesterday that their overall earnings
skyrocketed, their internet profits
tripling from about $37 million to
$97 million, and their overall profit
for that time period about $364 million,
a staggering amount.

This estimate includes money collected
during the summer season only.

Universal has not, as of now, decided to
comment on this new information.

With the rumor of the Harry Potter park expanding proceeding this announcement,
fans may now wonder not if Universal will approve an expansion, but when.

EXCLUSIVE! Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 film rating revealed!

It has been revealed that
the rating for the US adaption of
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1
WILL be rated PG-13, as shown in very tiny print,
barely visible at the bottom of this poster to the left.
(Double-click to enlarge poster.)

In even smaller print below the PG-13 rating it tells
why the film is rated so.

Unfortunately, the print below the PG-13 rating is
too small to be read, so fans can debate about
what convinced the MPAA,
(Motion Picture Association of America,)
to give the film a PG-13 label.

This information is accurate, and viewers can see for themselves
by enlarging the poster. (The rating is found a little to the left, below Voldemort's chin.)

the project has been terminated.

"Despite everyone's best efforts,
we were unable to convert the film in its entirety
and meet the highest standards of quality,"

Harry Potter 7 directer David Yates had this to say: "This decision, which we completely support, underscores the fact that Warner Bros.

LEGO to release 2,000 piece Harry Potter building set for 2011!

Thanks to information leaked by a LEGO fansite and another Harry Potter fansite who attended LEGO's annual fan convention, BrickCon.

The picture to the left indicate a set which is planned for release in January 2011.

Based off of a location seen in the first and sixth
Harry Potter films, the Diagon Ally set will contain
over 2,000 LEGO bricks which, when all are put
together, re-create the buildings seen more specifically in the photo below.

Here is a set description from LEGO:
" Join Harry Potter,
Ron Weasley and
Hermione Granger
as they shop for their
Hogwarts school supplies.
Visit Ollivanders,
Borgin and Burkes,
and Gringotts Bank.

Each Diagon Alley building is realistically detailed. Ollivanders offers an extensive selection of wands, storage shelves, and a step ladder that allows Ollivander to gather wands from the top floor.
The front desk has an “exploding” function for those inconvenient times
when a spell goes awry. Borgin and Burkes includes a scary skeleton,
“glow-in-the-dark” elements, a fireplace attached to the Floo Network,
and a Vanishing Cabinet that Dark wizards might use to sneak into Hogwarts castle.

Gringotts Bank is an impressive two-story building with large double doors, and can be opened completely into one large building or closed to create one smaller building.
The bank’s interior features a removable vault, along with the Philosopher’s Stone,
a clerk’s desk, a chandelier and ‘wonky’ support pillars.
