Pottermore.com confirmed to be released late October!

It has been confirmed that Pottermore.com will
NOT be opened to the public until late October.
The Pottermore Insider says:
"From the end of October, registration will be
opened to everyone and we’ll be giving access
to registered users in phases.

Access may be granted quickly, but please note
it could also take some weeks or months,
depending on demand.

Also: "...we’ve decided to extend the Beta period beyond September and take
a different approach to the way new users are brought onto Pottermore."

So if you've been one of those granted early access, then you have
one more month to enjoy the site exclusively.

Please note that the notice said this clever release date hint:
"From the end of October, registration will be open to everyone."
This encourages the rumor of Pottermore opening on October 31st,
the day that Harry Potter got his lightning shaped scar.

Is this a coincidence, or is it hinting a release date?

Harry Potter e-books delayed until 2012!

It was just announced by msnbc.com that the
Harry Pottere-book adaptions planned to be sold

until sometime in early to mid 2012.

According to msnbc.com, the Harry Potter e-books
will be avaliable on the following digital readers:

The Pottermore.com team says
this delay will allow them to:
"...focus on our first priority: opening Pottermore to as many people
as possible and making the experience as good as it can be."

So, sorry to all of you hoping to download the Harry Potter e-books,
but it looks like the books will stay in only print and audio form, for now.

The official Pottermore blog, Pottermore Insider, stated:

The Order of the Phoenix Network remembers 9/11

Ten years ago today, thousands of people lost
their lives in the tragic fall of the twin towers,
an day known afterward as 9/11,
due to the (ironic) date on which it occurred.

"In an effort to honor and educate,
the 9/11 Memorial & Museum offers visitors
a refuge to reflect and expansive exhibits that
outline the details of how that tragic day unfolded.

The names of the nearly 3,000 men, women and children whose lives were cut short
by the 1993 and 2001 attacks are inscribed around the memorial pool and their profiles
within the museum ensure that their legacies will live on."

Ensure that the loss of so many lives does NOT go unnoticed, and  make a donation
to support the preservation of the 9/11 memorial through this link:

Pottermore Insider officially answers concerns shared by its viewers!

As was announced by Pottermore Insider
just last week, a news post would be made
addressing Pottermore viewers, and it
turned out to be answers to concerns that
many of its early viewers have expressed.
Here are some of those questions/answers:

‘… It'd be nice to know IF Wizard Dueling will be available to beta testers again. I don't care when, just a yes or no.’- cwbrumm

"...This section of the site has proven to be immensely popular and we’ve been making a number of improvements behind the scenes to ensure that it runs as smoothly as possible."

‘I'm wondering how helpful the BETA feedback really will be… I can only click boxes
to tell them if I enjoy the site and if it runs smoothly. I wish I could tell them what
I find helpful, and what I think would improve the site.’  -silverquillXX

In the next few weeks, we’ll also be sending out a Pottermore Beta survey.
Along with opinion-related questions there will also be a space for you to
add comments, so you’ll be given a chance to tell us specific details if there’s
something you think we should know about.

‘Do you know why a comment in your house common room might be "under moderation?" Each comment I make won't post and it says that. I have not used bad language, said anything nasty, or broken any rules…’ - Anonymous

If you see that one of your comments is under moderation, please wait until you
receive a message from the moderation team before trying to comment in the same
place again – otherwise you might end up posting the same thing multiple times!

‘potions take way too long to brew #pottermore :/’ -Lynsey Ward
We’ve noticed that people are finding that the potion brewing takes too long, so we’re
making some tweaks to these. You’ll see the changes implemented in the coming weeks.

Please note that these answers have been edited slightly to fit into this post,
but you can find the full answers, what didn't make it in here, through this link:
http://insider.pottermore.com/  Pottermore.com is scheduled for its debut this October.

To the left is the official U.K. cover for the
Nintendo Wii edition of the game.

The game, according to the
information provided by
snitchseeker.com, will be
released on November 18th.

It has not been OFFICIALLY confirmed,
so don't start celebrating YET.

An official U.K. release date will likely
be announced very soon.

Only one question stands out: Is this cover
as good as LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4?
